Is it really free?
Yes. Pre-registration is free, with no credit card, and the basic version of Mes Contacts will stay free. Paid options will later let you go further, only if you want to: see the plans.
Do I have to sell something or recruit people?
No. Mes Contacts is a messaging service. You invite whoever you want, whenever you want, and you have no obligation at all: no purchase, no target.
Can referral earn me money?
At launch, a 20% commission is planned on the paid subscriptions of your direct guests, paid every month as long as they stay subscribed, even if you use the free version. No earnings are guaranteed: it all depends on the subscriptions actually taken out. See referral details.
Who will be able to send me messages?
Only members of your network: the person who invited you, the people you invite, and announcements from Mes Contacts. You can block any sender in one click.
What do you do with my data?
It is used only to run the service. It is never sold. Your email is not visible to any other member, except the person who invited you if you agree. You can delete your registration at any time from your space.
When does Mes Contacts open?
Very soon. You will receive an email on launch day, with access to your account. Meanwhile, everyone you invite is already joining your list.
I didn't receive the confirmation email, what should I do?
Check your "Spam" or "Promotions" folder (yes, that's exactly the problem we solve!). You can also request a new email.
Is the whole site translated?
Not yet: sign-up, these pages and the PDF guides are translated, but your personal space, the messaging service and the terms and conditions are in French for now. Your browser can translate them in one click. Members' messages stay in the language of the person who writes them.
